My colleague used this service for a small job and recommended Voices.com to me. My first time using the service was wonderful - the voiceover artist returned the job in a 24-hour turnaround and it was perfect. I felt like I stumbled through the some of the steps - it wasn't clear what the "next steps" were and how to complete them.
