Hello I've been in the voiceover business for several years and I have never come across someone like your Live Chat girl named Jessica. Wow. How refreshing to have someone not only kind but with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. So much in fact I asked her to be my friend.
No seriously, she answered all my questions in such a timely manner and added her own flair so it wasn't so generic like a robotic conversation. I don't usually write to companies but I had to because she actually made my day and in this day and age people are so angry at the whole world and it shows in their performance of their job. If she worked for me I would be giving her a raise. Let her see this as well.
