How has Voices.com helped you with your project needs?
We use Voices.com for a variety of internet marketing videos.
Voices.com has provided an easy and reliable way to audition a variety of voice talent in a very efficient and cost-effective manner. This provides our company the ability to offer quicker delivery on the video projects we produce.
How did you select the talent?
Each project is unique in nature. We select the talent based on client preferences and the targeted audience that our videos are directed to.
What challenges did you face using the Voices.com system to find talent?

There are always a number of responses to a post. When I first started using voices.com there was not a way to get to the last page, making it difficult to find new talent when you would return to the site. However this is not the case now and I can immediately jump to the last page of responses.
It would be helpful to have a search so if you know the persons name you want to select you could type it in and the audition would come up. I'm not completely satisfied with the payment system. It seems that there are too many steps that take you back to the site.....agreement, Payment and then release funds. However I am happy that the quotes I'm seeing in my responses include the Escrow service fee, there are no surprises when it comes time to make a deposit when hiring a talent.
How did Voices.com help you achieve your goals in hiring? If you encountered any problems were they resolved?
The website now allows for browsing to the last page of talent, which is really important. This saves time when returning to listen to new auditions. I have been very happy with the number of responses in a short period of time. I usually post a job with a maximum of a 2 day audition deadline. This seems to reduce getting flooded with too many auditions. It can be sometimes be overwhelming when you have 100 responses.
How would you describe your overall experience with the site?
I have not had any great challenges to overcome. I was very happy with Lora Cain for the 2 projects she worked on for us; however I have used about 20 different people through the Voices.com service. The bottom line for these jobs is what the customer wants. So it is nice to be able to offer a selection. I will continue to use the services of Voices.com and would recommend it to other colleagues in the business.
