Hi Laurynda,
In addition to being one of the voice talents on Voices.com, I'm also a producer for Basset & Becker Advertising. Recently, when our agency president exclaimed that we had to get our talent and production charges under control, I suggested using Voices.com. I mean, as an agency, we're always pitching the use of the Internet to our clients--designing cutting edge blog sites with social media capabilities, streaming video, etc., etc.--so, shouldn't we be embracing the Internet ourselves? I was cautiously given the go-ahead.
So, today, I did a quick casting for a last-minute radio spot we have for a local Nissan dealer... and boy did you guys deliver. I had over 30 auditions in about 90 minutes, and making the choice was a tough call.
Johnny George got the job, but I bookmarked five other voice talents for possible future use. All-in-all, this has been a fast, simple, efficient and totally professional process. And our agency president is sold on using Voices.com for future voice casting needs.
Now, I guess I'd better re-think my reluctance to cough up the $300 for my own premium membership, huh?
Best regards,
John Drew
