I just wanted to drop a personal note to say how comfortable Voices.com is to work with. I had a terrible year with a different service then my Voices.com friend Shelley Johnson said I must join here. I've only been a member since late March and it's fun.
First off I would stack your customer service up against anyone's. The gold mine of resources and the best FAQ section I've ever seen don't hurt either.
Hooking up with other VO people has been the best though. People are far more generous in helping you than I gave them credit for. The webinars are excellent. My new friend DC Goode just told me he loves them too.
I'm trying to get another talented VO friend to join. He is already on the basic membership but I keep telling him to look closer at Voices.com.

I fully agree with and support Larry's comments. The organization at Voices.com are highly proactive, real thinkers when it comes to this business and have a great customer service team!
You have made it obvious to your subscribers & clients that you are in business to provide real value in multiple ways, and to go the extra mile...kilometre. All of this means a lot.
