The job was for an Australian client that I had auditioned for some months ago and then forgot about. I was surprised to receive an email from the client a few months later asking if I was still interested in the IVR project. We agreed terms and funds were promptly deposited in SurePay, which given I had never worked with them before gave me an extra level of confidence. All up, a very smooth transaction with prompt release of funds once the job was finalised. SurePay is particularly reassuring when you've never transacted before (for both parties I imagine!).
