I found the overall use of the website easy because of your staff of talented people. The part of my experience with Voices that stood out was the overwhelming and informative help I received on the phone from the support staff.
You see my case is special. Because of the stroke I had I sometimes need help with instructions. When I first was awarded the job, I didn't even know how to accept it and your support staff walked me through the whole thing, with caring and patience, and at the same time were just as happy for me as I was. This was huge for me.
The voice-over will be used with music and a video to promote a website that provides, sermons for Rabbi's which they can purchase. What attracted me to the job was that my father was an Anglican minister for 50 years, so I knew the read had to be deep, but caring... so I felt that it was right up my alley. And apparently the consultant thought so too. That consultant was an enormous help as well.
So not only did the staff at Voices help, but the people who do business with you helped as well. Overall, a 10 out of 10... it was like having a personal cheerleader in your pocket through the whole experience!!!
