Hi, I´ve used sure pay twice and I am very happy that voices.com offers this kind of system to their voice talents and voice producers.
A couple of months ago I had accepted a job without using sure pay, and the client paid a deposit of 50 %. It was a jingle singing / music production job and I did the singing voice over as well as the speech recording and mixing with royalty free music - everything to the complete satisfaction of the client. It was a lot of work. And guess what - the client didn´t pay the other half and disappeared completely. Unreachable by phone or mail.. I´m still running after my money..
So I recommend using sure pay for your transactions.
