Just a quick note to let you know that the team at Voices.com has won an award and is currently featured in September's issue of CRM Magazine!
The award recognizes our achievements in customer service and the integration of technology with regard to customer relationship management. We use a web-based CRM service called Salesforce.com to help us run our business.
Using Salesforce.com, Voices.com has experienced:
- 100 percent user adoption, resulting in cleaner, more-complete customer data and increasingly streamlined business practices;
- ROI from marketing campaigns as high as 1,189 percent;
- a 215 percent increase in new sales leads, in only three months; and
- a 62 percent increase in gross sales.
