    • Hello there.
I am a 22 year old male, living in Guelph Ontario. Since I was fairly young, I have been imitating the voices and memorizing the lines of the movies and shows that I watched. I always found it fun to see how accurately I could reproduce what I had heard, and how much of it I could remember at once.
I currently work in fast food, and over 80 different customers have mentioned that I should be in a different line of work; Radio, Television, Broadcasting and so forth. I heard someone mention voice acting, and I immediately thought it sounded like a great idea.
My voice is naturally fairly demure, as I believe that a calm person is generally more polite and pleasant to speak with. That said, I am able to quickly and easily switch between vocal tone and emotions. People are constantly surprised by my ability to sound cheerful in bad situations or switch from an excited proclamation to a serious conversation. I am friendly and believe that being polite is a necessity, not an option.
I am very excited at the idea of voice over work, and am ready and willing to work as hard as necessary to succeed. I live with the belief that it isn't the job that matters, but the work that one does at their job. And I'll do the same if I end up working for you.
      - Thanks, and sorry for the length.

      • When I was in the Army my drill instructors said I had a voice that commanded attention. The other day in a restaurant the waiter asked me this question .Are you on television your voice sounds familiar? I said no but I would look into this potential. I told the waiter I would be happy to do a radio or TV add for the restaurant free. This could be fun and why not use your natural talent. I have no work experience. Either you have the natural gift or not such as my deep voice the training can enhance this gift.

        • I'm a vibrant 52 years old. For many years people have said: "Why don't you use your voice for work?". I was interviewed by a talent agent in the city and said: "You have an amazing voice. What about voice over?" My experience consist mostly of teaching. I always been using cartoonish voices to play with he kids. Few years back I was a spokesperson on TV for the Canadian Red Cross Society in French and English. I'm 100% teachable and coachable and ready for training. Now It is just being present to the gift I can share.
