Since our Beta Launch this September, we've been testing, retesting, and collaborating with you to make Voices.com the best that it can be. The light at the end of the tunnel is brighter than ever, and we're coming out of Beta!

beta-testing-voices-dot-com.jpgVoices.com will soon come out of our beta testing phase! This period has been exciting, informative, and has given us all an opportunity to band together to really make Voices.com a home for you, our members and collaborators.

For those of you who haven't heard of 'Beta' or a phase known as beta, you are not alone. It's a technical term for a period of time and activities related to the testing of a website, including the visual layout (or user interface), functionality (using all of the features of the site, for example, your Studio), editorial content, and other facets that make the website 'work' properly.

Going into "Beta Mode", a "Beta Phase", "Beta Testing" or simply put, "Beta", is the beginning of an enormous process.

Everything has to be tested.

We've learned a lot about what you want, how you like to use our website, and the elements that make us different, thus giving you a rich experience and most importantly, a place that you can call 'home'.

In a way, it kind of feels like we've been on an odyssey or an expedition, sailing through the rough waters of Beta Testing as a team. When I say team, I truly mean everyone involved, including the submission of feedback, sharing ideas, lending us your ears, development, testing, and your insight, even through something as simple as a comment on a blog post.

Every little bit helps, especially when what we strive to achieve affects so many people. We are a part of your team, too. This is why we have a genuine interest in how we can help you and also why it was integral that you were involved in the Beta testing process.

We want to serve you better, meet your needs, and continue to provide you with opportunities and value that cannot be found anywhere else.

Our gratitude to you is immense. We could not have done this without you and are so thankful that you chose to grace us with your thoughts, time, and revealed such heartfelt passion about what we do for you.

As this next leg of the journey starts, freed from the bonds of Beta, we will stay the course with you. As our customers, you play a vital role in contributing to the success of Voices.com, and to reiterate, we could not have progressed or continue to grow without your support.

With thanks,

Stephanie, David, Carol and Laurynda
