Opportunity for Voice Actors Who Love to Talk
Are you a voice actor who loves to talk?
Itching to let your voice and perspectives take center stage in a new, exciting way to an audience of thousands?
If you want to be on a podcast and enjoy the perks without having obligations to produce the show, distribute the podcast and market it, this is a golden opportunity for you.
Voices.com publishes weekly podcasts: VOX Talk and Voice Over Experts
Voice Over Experts is an educational podcast that brings you useful tips and nuggets of wisdom from voice over coaches, authors and leaders in the industry.
VOX Talk is a podcast that covers the news and opens the door for dialogue in segments called The Biz, Tech Talk and VOX Box. Anything goes in this podcast. Politics, commentaries, interviews, you name it.
I'm looking for people who would like to be part of our podcasts and submit the odd segment here and there.
Being on a Voices.com podcast is perfect for people who:
1. Want to get involved in the voice over community
2. Are looking to gain some practical experience recording
3. Want to be heard
4. Would love to share their perspectives on the industry
5. Are veteran talent interested in giving back and "paying it forward"
The Best Part?
You can participate at your own convenience and you literally just whip the file up and send it to me by email.
That's it.
We offer participants links to their websites, and if on Voice Over Experts, press coverage and online distribution of a press release about the podcast you were on.
Publicity Begets Publicity and Business
As an aside, we are often asked who the voices are on our podcasts and those people who were discovered on the podcasts are offered other voice over work opportunities.
Coaches who are on Voice Over Experts are routinely contacted by potential students who listen to the podcast and receive offers for speaking engagements as well.
Other Opportunities
There is also a podcast we produce called Voice Casting, a periodic podcast we publish for clients who hire voice actors at Voices.com.
To give you a little bit of an idea about Voice Casting, we provide tips on what to look for in a voice actor, what to expect budget wise, how to script, how to pair and cast voices for multi-voice projects, and how to build an effective and unique brand using voice over.
Sometimes I feature voice over reels to demonstrate voice types, styles, applications and more, so if you're interested in participating as a featured talent on this podcast, let me know and identify what your specialty is.
Let's Get it Started

Hi Stephanie, I would love to be a part of this. I'm a full time voice actor with a home studio. I'm also an Audie finalist this year and can share audiobook info as well. If you ever need a voice of experience regarding recording, editing, pricing, union vs non (I'm AEA, AFTRA and SAG), marketing (especially in the audiobook world), agents or well, whatever you need. Give me a shout and if I can assist, I will. You bring such value to this site - keep up the amazing work. Best wishes, Vanessa Hart

Hi Stephanie! I am very interested to be part of this. I am just a starting up voice-over talent, but I have had experiences doing live voice overs in malls for the different brands' fairs and product launches. Please give me a tap on the shoulder if I can join you guys. Thanks and God bless!

Hi Stephanie,
I'd like to become involved in podcasting. I have over 20 years of professional voice over and acting experience, and I have been thinking of creating some podcasts of some of my blogs found on http://voice-over-studio.blogspot.com I have blogged quite a bit about getting started in voice over and other "how to" information. I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,
Melanie

Hi Stephanie,
Definitely interested in becoming involved. As a full-time voice actress who's been doing this for years, I've witnessed a lot of changes in the field, and would be happy to share some insights now & then.
Thank you again for everything you do!
All the Best,
Bobbin Beam

Hi Stephanie,
Yep, I'm interested!
I've been a voice professional for almost 30 years, but haven't done much in the way of podcasting yet. It could be fun!
Cheers!
Steve

Hey Stephanie,
We had some exchanges on this already. I would love to participate and I will when I have something that I think is of value. I have a few ideas, but I don't want to to simply blow a lot of hot air just for the sake of doing it. All the voices.com podcasts are great and I want to keep them that way! :) Hopefully real soon. I'm always thinking, and that can be dangerous! :)
