What's life like working as a professional voice over talent in LA?
In this 9 minute video, one of world's most in-demand voices, Beau Weaver, shows how he works as a voice over talent from home studios in Los Angeles and Ojai, CA.
Beau Weaver
When Beau sent me the video yesterday, I was elated to watch it and learn more about him and his work. Beau's video reminded me that success is the fruit of years of labor and that anything can happen, even working for yourself in a sequestered studio environment within the glorious landscape of Ojai, California.

I quite enjoyed this video...thanks so much for taking time to post it.
As usual a class act from Beau Weaver.
And maybe it's just me, but in the beginning, his resemblance to Tommy Chong was frightening, to say the least, lol.
Thanks for the video Beau, Ojai looks beautiful. I was hoping to get a glimpse of your beautiful doggies helping you out in the studio. Thanks for sharing and take care.

Thank you for sharing this, Beau!
For the first minute or two, I wondered what you were doing in California. I should have known you were a fellow Coloradan.
You put a huge smile on my face, thank you again for sharing. It was fun!

Beau,
Thanks for the video. I learned quite a few things just from watching......& listening. We learn something every day, if we have an open mind.

Beau...
What a great insight into who you are! Thanks for the tour. I love the keep it simple part. You are blessed, Beau, and acknowledging that fact to all of us makes you a more real guy in my book. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts.

Beau,
Thanks for taking time to let us into 'your world' for a moment or two. You're one of many upper echelon VO talent who are kind, gracious, and willing to share your insights with the world. You're just another great reason that my passion for voice over continues!

Thanks Beau. Your video was both informative and enjoyable to watch. I love to see peoples studios. I found the part about marketing yourself along with two VO friends a reminder that we need to be creative when dealing with promoting ourselves.
By the way, I'm surprised you haven't been approached by any casting agents. I think you've got a wonderful face and a warm friendly smile.
cheers,

Thanks for this wonderful insight on your work, Beau! Very enjoyable, very interesting and very inspiring!

Thanks for posting this, and Beau - what an awesome video!
The thing I notice as I watch many videos from talent in the industry - humility plus never 'taking themselves too seriously', and a sense of thankfulness and a desire to pass it on to others who are up and coming.
Very Very cool. Thanks again! - stu
