Is your voice in need of some tender loving care?
This week, we're giving away a rocking package featuring some products from Traditional Medicinals.
Leave a comment and let me know that you'd like to win!
I've heard many people say recently that they are coming down with the flu, head colds and other nasty bugs and thought that it was the perfect time to spread some warm tea and pastilles :)
This package will include the products you see in the image above, including a Throat Coat tea sampler, some soothing pastilles, and some stress relief ordered just for you by Voices.com from the good people at Traditional Medicinals.
All you need to do is comment on this article and let me know that you'd like to win some fab products from Traditional Medicinals!
Each week, there will be something different, so be sure to subscribe to VOX Daily to get the Saturday Giveaway notices as well as other voice acting articles throughout the week.
The giveaways will include voice acting:
๠Books
๠DVDs
๠Coaching Sessions
๠Recording Equipment
๠Gift certificates
๠Workshop / Conference Passes
๠Unique Promotional Opportunities
Winners will be drawn randomly from the comments left on the blog and announced the following Saturday. Those who win will be notified by email at which time we'll confirm their shipping address. On the following Saturday, the winner will be announced and another opportunity to win a Saturday Giveaway will present itself.
I'd like to say congratulations to last week's contest winner, Pete Gold, who will be receiving Julie Williams' Proven Voice-Over Techniques.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Don't forget to comment for your chance to win :)
Best wishes,
Stephanie

~ To All:
You may have noticed that I rarely if ever reply to comments on giveaways (this is an exception). I've replied within this comment as Voices.com staff cannot win these prizes and didn't want to generate a new comment to throw off the numbers for the drawing. Keep the comments coming as this is a great prize, especially if you're thinking of trying a new tea or throat remedy.
Posted by:Thanks for a great giveaway! I hope I'm the lucky winner!!
Posted by:Hi Stephanie,
I would love to try the Throat Coat Herbal Pastilles! I've never used them and would be happy to give you a review.
Thanks,
Marti

Posted by:My wife is always telling me to take care of my skin, with creams and lotions... you know how it is... AHH ELEPHANT SKIN... DON'T TOUCH ME!!!.. Well she's right (of course dear, YOU ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!! As a voice talent, I also need to start taking care of my voice (so I can seduce her vocally !!!)

I love Throat Coat - It has been a 'gig saver' for me many times! Love the blog, too.....
Posted by:Sounds great---count me in! :)
Posted by:I have a list of remedies that I have been meaning to find and try: Vocalzone, meloids, Thayer's, Singer's, Herbal licorice, and THROAT COAT! So yes, I'm most interested!
But I have to say, sometimes when I wake up without my normal voice, but instead a gravelly, sick voice, I use that opportunity to record some character text for which the sound is perfect! The only trouble is regaining that voice when the client wants a rerecord a few days later (and I am all better)!!!!

Posted by:The changing season plays havoc with my sinuses. I am always looking for a remedy to keep my voice in good condition. I like the ideal that Traditional Medicinals use fair traded herbals too. I would love to try some soothing teas.
