The All-New Voices.com is here!

Thank you to all of our members, valued customers, our team and those who have made this major development and epic release a great success.

This, as you can tell, is a short posting letting you know that yes indeed, we've got the new site online and its live!

Go take a spin around your account. Here are three things you'll want to do.

1. Update your photo, headshot or logo

2. Edit your profile and complete the new fields including the "Detailed Service Description" and "Payment Terms".

3. Select tags for your demo. All you'll need to do is pick a few from the list.

That's it!

    Hi Stephanie.

    The new interface looks beautiful, and the store is very exciting!

    Unfortunately, I am experiencing the following problems:
    * My account is listed as Premium Lite, although I subscribed to a Premium account.
    * I am not receiving any email notifications when a new job is posted.
    * When I look at the Jobs page's Open tab, I see jobs in all languages and for both genders. I also see jobs that I already responded to before the upgrade, and they are not marked as "Answered".

    In short, I do not know when new jobs are posted, and when I look at the Jobs page's Open tab, I have no idea which jobs are relevant for me, or if I already responded to them before the upgrade.

    Maybe I'm responding to this article a bit too early, and these problems will be fixed soon?

      Hi Victoria,

      Thank you for writing in today. (We've been in communication earlier and I am posting my response with updates to Victoria's question).

      1. Membership type

      The display field showed you the Lite membership instead of your annual membership. This is scheduled to be fixed.

      2. Not receiving job notifications when a new job is posted

      We didn't approve any jobs at the time Victoria wrote to me so that is why she wasn't receiving job notifications.

      3. Jobs View

      This will be filtered soon to reflect your profile and preferences just as it was before on the old site.

      4. Jobs not yet filtered as Answered

      Those jobs are not yet marked as Answered at present because the deadline has not yet passed. This will be fixed soon.
