The Canadian New Media Awards are coming up on December 1, 2010.
Voices.com is a finalist for the Canadian New Media Award, "Digital Media Technology of the Year."
Last week, I found out that one of our voice talent will be the live announcer at the event! Find out more about the awards and discover the identity of the voice over professional in today's VOX Daily.
We're excited to be finalists in the category of "Digital Media Technology of the Year" at the Canadian New Media Awards! The event will be held on December 1st, 2010 at the Design Exchange in Toronto, Canada.
Apart from being finalists, I'm thrilled to share that the live announcements will be provided by Deb Munro, a member of Voices.com and a top Canadian voice over coach.
Deb has voiced the 2009 Gemini Awards, the 2008 Juno Awards (Pre-Show), thrice for the Alberta Motion Picture Awards, thrice for the Emerald Environment Awards and has announced for many other award shows.
While she is in town for the awards, Deb is also teaching a weekend workshop with another Canadian voice acting powerhouse, Elley-Ray Hennessey on December 4th and 5th at Big Bad Wolf Studios.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best wishes,
Stephanie
