As you may have heard, Voices.com will be moving to our new offices in downtown London, Ontario Canada!
We appreciate your support and are grateful that we can move into a new venue that will help us to grow our team and serve you even better.
In today's post, I'll be providing information about how you'll be able to reach us during this time and also help set the expectations for the next several days.
What's Going On When?
The week of the Voices.com move has finally arrived! We are eager to relocate and become accustomed to our new office in the downtown core of London, Ontario Canada, nestled on the corner of Richmond St. and Dufferin Avenue.
Even though the move is a couple of days away and may not directly affect you, I thought it would be a good idea to give you an overview of what our team will be doing during the next 48-72 hours in efforts to keep the business running in the midst of the move.
Breakdown Day By Day
We've been doing a lot of preparation in advance of this move but as you know there are only so many things that you can do before the actual move!
Here's what you can expect on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'll do my best to give you the picture as I know it now and anticipate that all will run according to plan.
Tuesday May 31st
๏ Majority of phones transferred to the new office to be reprogrammed at the new location
๏ Support at Voices.com available by phone (limited to 1 line) until 5 p.m. EST
๏ Full customer service and support being offered online (this is your best option for contacting us on Tuesday)
Wednesday June 1st
๏ Moving day!
๏ All remaining phones will be installed
๏ Internet will be hooked up at some point today
๏ Voices.com staff will get settled
๏ 24/7 Self-service support can be found in our Help section and FAQs
๏ Updates regarding our progress will be made via social media
๏ Support and interaction with Voices.com staff will also be available via social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
๏ Hopefully everything will be completed in terms of setup by the end of today
Thursday June 2nd
Return to business as usual. If things aren't quite settled yet or it takes longer to get a response from our team, please bear with us through this transition.

Thank you everyone for your warm wishes and also for the prayers. Your support means a lot to us as do your kind words. Moving isn't easy by any means but we have an amazing crew and some wonderful people who have stepped up to make this possible.

We do have a moving company that is helping to get us settled. Everyone has been responsible for packing up their own things and I believe most of that packing is starting to happen now. I haven't been involved in that aspect of the finishing up and everything I need to move can fit in my carry-on that I tote on wheels :) Not to worry, I am being careful and working remotely most of the time.

Someone said voices.com has the best customer service ever? I say voices.com has the only customer service in the voice over industry that i know of. My fiancée lives and schools in London, Ontario and says downtown is the bubbly part of town. I pray you have a bubbly transition and may it be the beginning of greater things. Cheers!
