What a way to end the year!

Today we will take a moment to publicly acknowledge Lin Parkin, Voices.com's most recent Employee of the Month!

Join me in congratulating Lin and learning more about her role at Voices.com.

Meet Lin Parkin

Lin Parkin has worked at Voices.com for over four years now and we've had the privilege of sharing many of life's wonderful moments and events. Lin was the first person at Voices.com to ever go on maternity leave and has often taught us more than we have taught her! You may recognize Lin's name here on VOX Daily as she has authored a great number of articles about voice acting, specifically regarding freelance voice talent getting work.

Over the years, her dedication to the company and pursuit of excellence in all that she does has shown her to be not only an amazing employee but a remarkable individual gifted with skills that she is able to use in many capacities such as her role as Customer Care Manager and as a leader within her own team.

Hooray For Lin!

A number of Lin's Voices.com teammates shared specific things in the nomination process that let us know why they felt Lin was deserving of the honour. Here is some of what was said.

๏ Lin has gone above and beyond her role! She is always a positive team member and is a pleasure to work with.

๏ Lin is always professional, easy to approach, and her willingness to help others is topnotch! Lin has a friendly and positive demeanor and is pleasure to work with. A true team player who is always willing to go the extra mile.

๏ Lin is a great employee who seems to fly under the radar a lot. She is always available for questions and is courteous and timely with answers. Being our second most senior employee, her knowledge of the site is unparalleled. She's also willing to take on extra work on top of her daily tasks to assist other departments and areas of the company. Thanks for all that you do, Lin!

๏ Lin has been a super awesome member of the team, especially this month. Learning and teaching the new live chat and helping with special projects. She always has a smile for her fellow team members. Lin is a great candidate for employee of the month.

๏ Lin is always ready with a smile and a fresh set of eyes whenever copy needs a once over or final approval. She also has a knack for phrasing and can weave words that help others in times of need, whether they be customers using the site or teaching a new person on the support team the ropes.

๏ Lin has been a great encourager, helper and insightful member of the team at Voices.com. Her tireless efforts and pleasant outlook has instilled a strong work ethic that permeates the entire support team at Voices.com. We are fortunate to have Lin working with us and it is a joy to know her.

Congratulations, Lin!

Thank you for everything that you do and for simply being you! Working with you has been wonderful and we look forward to journeying on with you for many more years to come.

With warm regards,

Stephanie Ciccarelli
Co-founder of Voices.com
