I'm elated to share that Voices.com was awarded Business of the Year (medium-sized) at the Business Achievement Awards presented by the London Chamber of Commerce in London Ontario, Canada on March 21, 2012.

A couple nights ago, our company was honoured to be named Business of the Year in the medium-sized business category at the Business Achievement Awards. I thought it would be nice to share some of what was said in my acceptance speech with you here at VOX Daily, so here goes!
My husband and co-founder, David Ciccarelli, as well the entire team at Voices.com, would like to thank the Chamber of Commerce for bestowing us with an award that means more to our company than words can express, and for a voice-over company...that's saying a lot!
David and I would like to extend gratitude to our family, friends and church community for sharing in our joy, and in challenging times, lifting us up. We also acknowledge our team at Voices.com for pursuing our mission which is to lead the voice industry by becoming a trusted destination for voice talent and the brands that need to share their stories. The support and encouragement of the business community in London and those who have graciously walked with David and I over the past eight years has helped bring us to this day.
We're blessed to serve and work with so many amazing people.
Special thanks to our lawyer, Philip King, for helping us acquire the website, Voices.com.
To Wayne Tjoelker and the team at Deloitte, for guiding our financial decisions.
To Jerry Tsao of RBC for being a believer in our company and providing financing at the height of the credit crisis.
To Marilyn Sinclair and TechAlliance for the role they have played in connecting us with other entrepreneurs and local advisers.
And, to Joel Adams at the UWO Research Park for giving us our first little office and then allowing us to take over nearly 2000 square feet before moving downtown.
Greater things are yet to come and greater things are still to be done in this city. Voices.com looks forward to being part of that.
Thank you also to everyone who chooses to do business with us and contribute to the Voices.com community. It's truly a pleasure to serve you and we wouldn't be here without you!
