Today is the day!

The Voices.com Android app is now available in the Google Play store.

At present, the app is available for Android operating version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and other versions will be coming soon.

To hear more about the app and where you can get it, be sure to read this edition of VOX Daily.

Oh Happy Day!

As many of you know, the Voices.com app is now available for you to download and use on Android devices.

We hosted a press conference this morning and are eager to spread the word about our newest endeavor to create even greater experiences for people looking to hire voice talent straight from their mobile device. This amazing cake was made by Jennifer Smith at Voices.com. And yes, it was tasty!

Voices.com celebrates Android app launch with Android Cake emblazoned with Voices.com logo on the Android's chest.

At present, the Voices.com app is currently available for Android devices with the operating system version of 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher. Work is being done to make the Voices.com app available for earlier version of Android all the way down to Android operating system 2.3 (Gingerbread) which should be made available within the next couple of weeks.

Operating Systems For Android

To clarify, here is a list of all the available Versions of the Operating system for Android.

Version and Codenames include:

1.6 Donut
2.1 Eclair
2.2 Froyo
2.3 Gingerbread
3.0 Honeycomb
4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
4.1 Jelly Bean

Please Note

Some users who are looking into the Google Play Store when using their Android device may not see the Voices.com app if their Android operating system is less than 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). That's because the Google Play Store knows about your device's operating system version and if an app is not compatible with your device it simply filters it out.

How To Tell What Version of OS You Have on Your Android Device

1) On your device tap on the Setting application.

2) Once the settings application is open find the About Phone menu item, usually it's at the bottom of the list and tap on it.
